The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Mello is designed to help users stay organized, the Service Provider does not guarantee academic performance, assignment completion, grades, attendance, or any other outcome.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Application.

Termination

The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Application if these Terms are violated or if continued access is deemed harmful to the service or its users.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Changes become effective when published within the Application or on the website. Continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
